Foreman Manor was a boutique development of 9 units in the Surrey village of Ash, the perfect location offering the best of both town and country living. The development consisted of a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes that were completed to the Aspen Homes standard and brought to market in 2019.

This development was a unique challenge for us at Aspen Homes, with Foreman Manor being the largest build we have undertaken as a company so far. The key for us was to ensure that building more homes didn’t mean compromising on quality, and we are proud to have implemented the same luxury elements at Foreman Manor that have defined Aspen Homes developments over the years.

We are delighted that Foreman Manor has been nominated for ‘Best Boutique Development’ at the Surrey Property Awards.
